Took a few minutes to assemble a few bento boxes today!
How handy will it be to pull one out of the fridge for an afternoon snack – OR – on the way to the kids’ practice!?! ⚽🏈🏀🏋
Fast food temptation – gone –
Today I used:
- Green apples from a local farm (soak slices in water + fresh lemon juice, or pure pineapple juice, to prevent browning)
- Organic grapes
- Freshly harvested local carrots, sliced
- Hard boiled egg
- Organic Valley cheese stick
- 1-2 Tbsps PB, hummus, or homemade ranch dip.
