I like to “Spring Clean” in bitter-cold February, so that Spring is wide-open for fun, and memory making!

Today I decided to take on the Pantry…getting rid of any bad stuff, restocking with the good.
We eat what we have readily available, right?

P.s. I have 4 children, shop the sales, we eat at home a lot, and I value high-quality food, because our bodies are so important!

  • Almond butter
  • Peanut butter
  • Raw honey
  • Various glass jarred all-natural marinara sauces
  • Organic salsa
  • Tuna fish in bpa-free cans
  • Salmon
  • Pickles
  • Kalamata olives
  • Capers
  • Various oils such as avocado, coconut, and olive.
  • Apple cider, and balsamic vinegar
