Afternoon Treats!

{In a bowl, mix}

■2 cups of plain greek yogurt

■1/2 cup organic blueberries

■1/2 cup strawberries

■I also added about 2 Tbsp honey. (taste-test/sweetener is a personal preference)

■In an 8×8 pan I sprinkled hazelnuts very lightly on the bottom, then spread the fruit yogurt on top.

■Top with more berries & freeze for 4-6 hours.

■Place just the bottom of the pan in warm water for a few seconds to easily remove the yogurt bars.

■Slice into squares

■Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap.

Store in the freezer.
