Italian Sweet Potato Chips Recieipe

These are crazy-good! Try making them this weekend.

  1. Peel & slice 3 smaller sweet potatoes as thin as you possibility can. A mandolin or Pandero Spiralizer {Using The Slicing Attachment} works really well for this.
  2. If you have the time, soak them in room-temp water for an hour, then dry well.  This step ups the crunchiness factor.
  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees f
  4. In a large bowl, combine:
  • your prepared sweet potato chips
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs dried basil
  • 1 Tbs dried oregano
  • 1 Tsp granulated garlic
  • tiny pinch of dried thyme & rosemary
  • 1 Tsp sea salt
  1. Combine & coat well.
  2. Spread potatoes onto a flat sheet pan, in a single layer.
  3. They will not crisp if they are piled up.
  4. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for about 12 minutes per side (flipping once).
  5. Enjoy <3
