Homemade Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowls for the kiddos, since it’s going to be the warmest day of the year so far! 🌞

4 servings:

2 medium FROZEN, chopped bananas
OR
1.5 cups FROZEN mango pieces .

Plus 1 to 1-1/2 cups FROZEN mixed Berries of choice

Instructions:

  1. Blend in high speed blender, adding water as necessary to blend.
  2. Divide Smoothie portions equally into 4 bowls
  3. Top with:

    • 1 Tbsp almond butter
    • A few fresh banana slices
    • Kiwi pieces
    • 2 Tbsps homemade granola 
    • Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes.

This makes an awesome breakfast all Summer long!
