Air-Fried Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • garlic salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees f.
  • Trim the ends off of your sprouts.
  • Remove and discard the outer leaves and place them in a large bowl. Any sprouts that are large can be cut in half.
  • Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle the seasonings. Toss very well to evenly coat
  • each sprout. It may seem like too little oil but resist the urge to add more, or else they'll end up soggy.
  • Transfer them to your air fryer basket and shake to arrange in an even layer.
  • Air fry for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Every air fryer is different so they may take more or less time depending on your machine and your personal preferences.
