Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees f.
Trim the ends off of your sprouts.
Remove and discard the outer leaves and place them in a large bowl. Any sprouts that are large can be cut in half.
Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle the seasonings. Toss very well to evenly coat
each sprout. It may seem like too little oil but resist the urge to add more, or else they'll end up soggy.
Transfer them to your air fryer basket and shake to arrange in an even layer.
Air fry for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Every air fryer is different so they may take more or less time depending on your machine and your personal preferences.
