Instructions
In a medium bowl stir all of your filling ingredients together really well.
Chop the tops off of your apples and use an apple corer or a small knife to remove the seeds and tough part of the core. Scoop out just a bit more than necessary from the flesh to create some space for your filling. We just ate the extra pieces!
Brush the inside and outside of the prepared apples with melted butter or ghee, and sprinkle with the cinnamon or pumpkin spice blend. Use your hands to rub spices all over the outside and inside of the apples.
Transfer your apples to your airfryer basket then stuff each with the oat filling.
Air fry at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until nicely softened.
Serve your apples while warm with a dollop of yogurt, whipped coconut cream, a sprinkle of chopped nuts, and a small drizzle of maple syrup or raw honey if desired.
