Air Fryer Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head broccoli broken into florets
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • sea salt and ground pepper to taste
  • freshly chopped parsley leaves as garnish optional

Additional flavors (choose any or mix them all up):

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees f.
  • Place the broccoli florets into a large bowl and drizzle with the oil. Sprinkle with the seasonings of YOUR choice, if desired and season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Use your clean hands to toss very well. It may seem like too little oil, but resist the urge to add more, or else your broccoli florets will end up soggy.
  • Transfer your broccoli into the air-fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 9-10 minutes, shaking the basket to flip the florets halfway. Keep an eye on them the first time, because all Air fryers are different.
  • Carefully remove with tongs, and serve immediately.
