1lb.boneless, skinless chicken thighs, tenders, or breasts, sliced into ¼″ thick strips
1yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1red bell pepper, cut into strips
1large zucchini, cut into sticks
1red onion, sliced into half moons
2Tbspshomemade taco seasoning, recipe above
1Tbspavocado oil or olive oil
juice and zest of 1 fresh lemon or lime
Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Place your sliced chicken and veggies into a large bowl.
Sprinkle with the taco seasoning then drizzle with your oil and lime juice and zest.
Stir well to season each piece.
Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees f. for 4 minutes.
Transfer the fajita mixture to the basket of your preheated air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes until chicken is cooked through, shaking the basket halfway.
