12small Anaheim peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
12very thin slices of bacon, halved
4oz.cream cheese, room temp
3oz.grated sharp cheddar cheese
4Tbspsplain Greek yogurt
1/2tspgarlic powder
sea salt and pepper, to taste
2Tbspsfresh chopped parsley, to garnish

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. and line a baking tray with parchment pepper.
In a medium bowl, stir together your cream cheese, cheddar, yogurt, garlic powder with a teeny pinch of sea salt and pepper.
Spoon your filling into the Anaheim pepper halves, then wrap a half bacon slice around each pepper to hold in the filling. Place them onto your prepared baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until bacon is crisp, golden brown and filling is melty.
