In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Shape your mixture into 4 patties, then allow your burgers to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat your BBQ grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high. Carefully brush the grill or grill pan with avocado oil.
Grill your burgers for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are nicely browned and no longer pink in the center.
Place each patty (burger) on a piece of lettuce with sliced tomato, pickles, and onion, top with a Tablespoon of your BBQ sauce, and another lettuce leaf or two.
Wrap up the lettuce around the burger and serve with French fries or potato wedges.
