Berry Almond Soaked Oats – Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup dry rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch stevia or honey, optional
  • 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds, optional
  • 1 Tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp extract, such as almond or vanilla {Give a little stir at this point}
  • Place berries of your choice, on top.

Instructions 

  • Seal tightly, refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir, & Eat cold in the morning
