Freeze your chopped fruits on 2 large trays for at least 4-6 hours, or until very firm.
Place your frozen fruit chunks into a high-speed blender or food processor along with the milk and spirulina powder then pulse, stopping to scrape the sides with a spatula as needed.
The spirulina makes the smoothie very creamy, but also a bit sticky, so it will stick a lot on the sides of your blender.
Blend until you have your desired consistency, you may need a little extra milk, or you may want to add a tiny bit more spirulina powder. You can experiment with the consistency and color until you have created something you love.
Transfer your mixture into servingbowls, then add toppings of your choice. We went with a blue theme here because it is unique and pretty, but any berries would be great!
