Fill a very large pot with water and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Add your corn and boil for just about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the rest of your ingredients to a very large bowl. Whisk the clarified butter or ghee with herbs and seasonings.
Once your corn is done to your liking, carefully drain completely and while still hot transfer cobs to the bowl with the butter-herb mixture. Toss well to coat your corn.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
