2cupswhite beans, rinsed and drained if using canned
1small red onion, finely diced
2Tbspschopped fresh cilantro leaves
2Tbspsfresh lime juice
sea salt and pepper to taste
For Serving:
Large head of butter lettuce leaves or Romaine lettuce leaves
Homemade Guacamole:
1Haas avocado, just the flesh
juice of 1/2 a fresh lime
pinchof sea salt
1clovegarlic, minced

Instructions
Rinse your lettuce leaves really well, then allow to air dry on towels while preparing your toppings.
Mash guacamole ingredients together to desired consistency.
Spread 2 Tablespoons of freshly made guacamole (per serving) onto your lettuce leaves, then top with chicken salsa (distribute chicken salsa equally among servings.)
