Cheese + Fruit Bistro Boxes

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. aged cheddar cheese sliced
  • 1 oz. Gouda or Brie sliced
  • 1/4 cup gluten free or sprouted wheat crackers
  • 3 slices red apple
  • 5 oz. seedless organic grapes
  • 2 Tbsp raw walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp dried apricots

Instructions

  • Dip apple slices in pure pineapple juice, or lemon water, to prevent browning.
  • Place the cheeses, crackers, apples, grapes, walnuts and dried apricots into a meal prep container.
  • Keep it in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
