Cheese + Fruit Bistro Boxes

aged cheddar cheese
sliced

Gouda
or Brie sliced

cup
gluten free
or sprouted wheat crackers
3
slices
red apple

seedless organic grapes

Tbsp
raw walnuts

Tbsp
dried apricots
Instructions
Dip apple slices in pure pineapple juice, or lemon water, to prevent browning.
Place the cheeses, crackers, apples, grapes, walnuts and dried apricots into a meal prep container.
Keep it in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
