- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed well
- 4 Tbsps raw cacao
- 2 Tbsps cashew butter peanut butter, or almond butter
- 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- a tiny pinch of sea salt
