Chocolate PB Protein Bites

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter, or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, or raw honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup protein powder of choice, I used chocolate

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor then pulse until all fully incorporated.
  • Using a cookie scoop, take scoops from the peanut butter mixture and using your hands roll them into even balls.
  • Place them balls into a glass container, with some space in between them and refrigerate or freeze. 
  • Stays well in the fridge for 10 days or so, if sealed well.
  • Stores in the freezer for a month if sealed well.
