Chocolate Popsicles

These creamy, dreamy chocolate popsicles are packed with whole food ingredients like bananas, dark chocolate, and coconut milk, making them a healthier indulgence. Plus, we add a scoop of protein powder to up the protein content!

Ingredients 

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1 x 13.5-ounce can full-fat coconut milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened raw cacao powder
  • 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice popsicle molds & sticks

Instructions 

  • Place all of your ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth and creamy.
  • Divide your mixture equally among the popsicle molds and place a bamboo stick into each one.
  • Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy!
