Christmas-Morning Cranberry Spread

Ingredients

  • 24 ozs fresh cranberries rinsed
  • 1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsps pure vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pure unflavored collagen powder

Instructions

  • Place your fresh cranberries in a saucepan then stir in the honey and vanilla.
  • Stir to combine and bring to a low simmer. Cook while stirring for 10 minutes, or just until the cranberries burst.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Stir in the collagen and transfer to a high-speed food processor or blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, then transfer to a clean jar.
  • Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
  • Enjoy!
