Ingredients 

  • 4 slices of Rye, or Ezekiel bread
  • 8 Tbs. ricotta cheese, 2 Tbsp per slice

Topping ideas:

  • tiny drizzle of raw honey
  • crumbled pistachios
  • chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds
  • freshly grated cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • organic blueberries
  • organic strawberries
  • organic raspberries
  • pumpkin seeds, pepitas
  • sprinkle of chia or flax seeds

Instructions 

  • Spread ricotta cheese on a piece of lightly toasted bread.
  • Add your favorite toppings - create your own combos!
  • Enjoy!
