15-oz.black beans, drained and rinsed
1cupcorn, I used organic frozen corn
1/3cupshredded cheese, optional
a handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
lime wedges, to serve

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion, bell peppers and cook, about 3 minutes.
Stir in turkey meat, garlic and all seasonings. Cook, for about 6-7 minutes while stirring, or until cooked through.
Add black beans, corn, cheese and season with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Stir to combine.
Lay 2 lettuce leaves side by side, overlapping slightly. Place about 1/4 cupful turkey mixture in the leaves, then fold short sides of lettuce leaves in first, then roll into a cylinder, as shown — just like a burrito!
