Ingredients

  • Mixed greens - spinach romaine lettuce & micro greens
  • Nitrate free high quality Turkey - rolled up and cut into pieces
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
  • Cucumber
  • Radicchio
  • Red Onion
  • Garbanzo Beans
  • Fresh Ground Pepper

Dressing ideas: (add immediately before serving) lightly drizzle in - fresh squeezed lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper
