Cobb Salad On-a-Stick

Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons all-natural buttermilk
  • 5 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried/freeze dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp dried/freeze dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried/freeze dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • sometimes I also add a drop of fresh lemon juice, white vinegar, OR all natural crumbled blue cheese

Instructions 

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
