Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsps raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks or chips

Instructions

  • Using a high-speed blender or food processor add in your cottage cheese, vanilla, and honey.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Add the almond flour and protein powder.
  • Pulse just to blend, scraping the sides as needed, until well combined.
  • Fold in your chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, to allow the flavors to combine.
