Crab Salad Lettuce Cups
Ingredients

chilled fresh lump Crabmeat

pint
grape tomatoes – halved

small avocados – diced
2
Tbsp
chopped fresh Chives
2
tsp
extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 small lemon
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients gently.
Fill romaine or butter lettuce leaves
