If using fresh beans, rinse them thoroughly and pat dry excess moisture.
Trim off the knobby ends of the beans and cut in half if desired.
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add in your oil.
Carefully place the green beans into the oil and cook, tossing with tongs, for 2 minutes.
Season the beans with sea salt and pepper to your taste.
In a small bowl, whisk coconut milk, flour, garlic, lime juice and cayenne pepper.
Pour your coconut milk mixture over the beans, cover and reduce the heat. Simmer on low for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender crisp and sauce thickens a bit.
Taste test, and adjust seasonings to your liking.
Serve hot and enjoy.
