Crispy Crunchy Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato washed and rubbed
  • avocado oil
  • sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees f.
  • Using a mandoline or a very sharp knife, thinly slice your sweet potato and spread them evenly in a single layer on the air fryer tray.
  • Spritz very lightly with avocado oil and sprinkle lightly with sea salt and pepper.
  • Cooking in 3-4 separate batches to assure they crisp up.
  • Air fry the potato chips for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  • Allow them to completely cool to crisp up.
