Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a muffin tin with papers, or spray the tin.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, eggs, vanilla and coconut oil until well combined.
Add all dry ingredients to a separate bowl, and whisk together until combined well.
Then gently stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some to place on top.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the tops are browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
