Easiest Soft Pumpkin & Peanut Butter Cookies! – No flour! No grain!

Ingredients
4
Tbsp
Peanut Butter
Don’t use the oily part. Use solid nut butter for these, so they do not become too moist
1
small mashed banana
do NOT use an overly ripe banana, a new/firm banana works best
2
Tbsp
pumpkin puree
1/4
cup
dark cacao chunks or use Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia
1
tsp
granulated stevia or 1 Tbsp. raw honey
Pinch
of cinnamon
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
Combine all the ingredients
Scoop by rounded Tbsp onto coconut oil greased cookie sheet.
Press down gently with fork.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12-14 minutes.
Cookies are very soft. {and soo good!!}
