Easy Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 x 12 oz package sprouted corn tortillas
  • avocado oil cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees f. and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Stack the tortillas and slice them into 6 wedges as shown.
  • Place all the tortilla wedges in a large bowl. Spritz lightly avocado oil and sprinkle with the seasonings.
  • Toss well with your hands and try to rub the wedges on both sides to coat well.
  • Transfer to your prepared sheet pan arranged in a single layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Allow your chips to cool before serving as they'll crisp up as they cool.
  • Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy!
