Preheat your oven to 375 degrees f. and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Stack the tortillas and slice them into 6 wedges as shown.
Place all the tortilla wedges in a large bowl. Spritz lightly avocado oil and sprinkle with the seasonings.
Toss well with your hands and try to rub the wedges on both sides to coat well.
Transfer to your prepared sheet pan arranged in a single layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Allow your chips to cool before serving as they'll crisp up as they cool.
