Ingredients 

  • 4 cups frozen mango chunks
  • a squeeze of fresh lime juice

Instructions 

  • Place your frozen mango and fresh lime juice in a food processor or high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  • You may need to stop a couple of times and scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula to get everything incorporated.
  • Divide into bowls and immediately serve, or cover and freeze for enjoying later.
