Place the matcha powder and water in your large serving cup or mug and use a milk frother to whisk together until very smooth. Alternatively, you can use a bamboo matcha whisk.
In a medium bowl or jug add your milk, collagen, vanilla, and honey. Whisk until the milk is very frothy.
Add the ice over your matcha mixture, then pour in the frothy milk.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
