Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f.
Place the chicken breasts in a large baking dish that can fit them without overlapping.
Allow your chicken to sit on the counter for about 20 minutes while you make the seasoning blend.
In a small jar or bowl add all the seasoning ingredients; seal the lid then shake or whisk to combine well.
Drizzle the chicken with your oil or butter and rub to coat well on all sides.
Sprinkle the chicken as desired with your homemade everything but bagel seasoning evenly over each breast. I did about a spoonful over each piece of chicken, but you can add more or less to taste.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the internal temp of each chicken breast reaches 165 degrees f. Cooking time can vary greatly depending on the size of your chicken.
After cooking, allow the chicken to sit, covered, for about 5 minutes before slicing.
