I first sliced my oranges very thinly into rings with a sharp knife, then cut the rings in half as shown in the video.
Arrange your orange slices in each compartment, overlapping like a flower (see video and photos).
Top evenly with your cranberries.
Add a cinnamon stick and a rosemary sprig to each.
Consider adding a drop of fresh ginger puree to each for a little zing, along with the health benefits.
Top with water, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, grape juice, or homemade lemonade.
Freeze until solid.
