Fresh n' Zesty Fruit Salad

Ingredients 

  • 1 ripe honeydew melon, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 large pomegranate, seeds/arils only
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 6 passion fruit, halved and scooped
  • 1 large lime, juice of
  • 2-3 Tbsps raw honey, to taste

Instructions 

  • Slice your melon in half and scoop out the inside seeds.
  • Remove the rind and cut into 1" cubes. Place the melon cubes in a large serving bowl.
  • Take a second bowl and fill it halfway with water.
  • Break your pomegranate in quarters and dip the quarters into the water bowl to easily deseed it.
  • Once all the seeds/arils are out, drain the bowl and place all of your pomegranate seeds/arils into the bowl with the melon.
  • To prepare your passion fruit, cut it in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
  • Add the blackberries, raspberries, and passion fruit to your serving bowl.
  • Drizzle with your fresh lime juice and honey.
  • Gently toss to combine.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
