Fresh Strawberry Salsa (It's Easy, Sweet, and Spicy!)

This fresh Strawberry Salsa is full of sweet, ripe strawberries with a hint of spice. It pairs perfectly with grilled meat, salads and more for easy weeknights!

Ingredients 

  • 2 pints of strawberries, hulled and small diced
  • 1 small red onion or shallot, finely diced
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • juice and zest from 1 lime
  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions 

  • Place your diced strawberries, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with fresh lime juice, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Toss gently to combine and serve.
  • Enjoy!
