I quickly sliced Strawberries & Bananas.
Added little bit of Peanut Butter in between.
Carefully placed the little stacks on lollipop sticks.
Today I used Lily’s brand dark chocolate sweetened with stevia.
Melted the chocolate with a little bit of coconut oil added (1/2 Tbsp coconut oil to 1/2 cup chocolate).This makes it easier to coat.
Spoon the melted chocolate over the little stacks.
Freeze for 30-60 minutes.
Serve immediately or keep frozen
