Ginger Turkey Meatballs on Butter Lettuce Leaves

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar.

Instructions

  • Oven Preheated 400 degrees f.
  • Combine all ingredients very well.
  • Use your hands if you need to!
  • Form 1 inch meatballs.
  • Place on foil/parchment lined flat baking sheet sprayed very lightly with coconut oil.
  • Bake about 12 minutes.
  • Serve on butter lettuce leaves, with green onions, shredded carrots, sesame seeds, and liquid aminos.
