Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook your bacon until crispy, then transfer half of it to a paper towel lined plate to absorb the excess grease. We'll use that half to garnish our dish at the end.
In the same preheated skillet with the remaining bacon, add your mushrooms and garlic.
Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms start to release their juices.
Stir in the green beans and continue to cook, stirring often, until beans are tender, around 5 more minutes.
Season with sea salt and pepper and remove from heat. Sprinkle the remaining chopped bacon and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
