Green Smoothie Yogurt Bliss Bowl Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. coconut flakes
  • small handful of blueberries

Instructions 

  • Blend everything but the berries and coconut flakes until smooth.
  • Pour your smoothie into a bowl and add toppings

Options: sliced banana *optional, leave out if you're low-sugar

  • Low-sugar granola
