1/3cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cuppure tomato sauce, or marinara sauce
a large handful of fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pound each chicken tender to an even 1/4-inch thickness. Season with sea salt and pepper, then lightly spritz with cooking oil on both sides.
In a shallow dish, combine your grated parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt and pepper. Whisk with a fork until well combined.
Dredge each piece of chicken into the parmesan flour mixture, gently pressing to coat on all sides. Place them onto your prepared baking sheet.
Bake in your preheated oven until chicken is cooked through and golden, about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and spoon about a Tablespoon of sauce over each piece of chicken, then sprinkle evenly with mozzarella.
Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
