High Protein Pumpkin Spice Dip

almond butter or cashew butter

pure pumpkin puree

pure maple syrup or raw honey

pumpkin spice

scoop vanilla protein powder
apples and pears
to serve with
Topping ideas:
toasted pumpkin seeds
mini dark chocolate chips
chopped pecans or walnuts
chopped dried cranberries
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with desired toppings.
Serve with crunchy fruit.
