Holiday Chocolate Pops

Servings: 12 -14 pop

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 12-14 bamboo pop skewers

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup raw pecans roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsps sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsps pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsps golden raisins

Instructions

  • Prepare a large sheet pan with a layer of parchment paper. Arrange your popsicle skewers with some space in between, as shown.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave. Microwave in 20 seconds increments, stirring after each one.
  • Alternatively, you can use a double broiler to melt your chocolate on the stovetop.
  • Spoon discs of melted chocolate over the prepared sheet pan, and onto one end of your arranged pop skewers, as shown in the video/photos.
  • Sprinkle desired toppings on the chocolate discs.
  • Lightly press toppings down into the chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to fully set.
  • Keep leftovers in a sealed container in your fridge or freezer.
  • Enjoy!
