In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, cheddar cheese, almond flour, oat flour, garlic, half of the hot sauce, sea salt, and pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Using your wet hands, take even spoonful's and roll between your palms and create the meatballs. I sometimes use a cookie scoop for this step.
Heat the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook your meatballs, while consistently turning and flipping until golden brown on all sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
As soon as your meatballs are finished cooking, stir in the remaining hot sauce and apple cider vinegar.
Serve with your homemade ranch dipping sauce, carrot sticks, and celery, then enjoy!
