Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsps pure maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix or to taste
  • Optional: 1-2 scoops collagen powder

Instructions

  • Place all of your ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place the creamer in a glass bottle fitted with a lid and refrigerate.
  • Just before adding it to your coffee, give it a really good shake because it will separate after sitting.
  • Serve in hot or iced coffee.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
