Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte – Hot or Cold

Ingredients

HOT Latte

  • 1/2 cup HOT unsweetened almond milk or HOT coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp stevia granules or sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup freshly brewed HOT coffee
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice make your own pumpkin pie spice: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ginger, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, & a sprinkle of allspice
  • 1/2 Tbsp all-natural Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder Protein powder completely optional

Iced Pumpkin Latte

  • 1/2 cup COLD unsweetened almond milk or COLD unsweetened coconut milk.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp stevia granules or sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice {make your own pumpkin pie spice: 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ginger, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, & a sprinkle of allspice}
  • 1/2 Tbsp all-natural Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder protein powder completely optional
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Blend until Slushy, add more ice if needed
