Matcha Yogurt Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp matcha powder, more or less to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, or unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsps raw honey or pure maple syrup, more or less to taste

For your bowls:

  • Fresh fruit like: berries, peaches, kiwi, and bananas
  • Homemade granola or chopped nuts and seeds

Instructions 

  • Sift your matcha powder over your bowl of yogurt, add vanilla, and the sweetener of your choice then whisk until well combined.
  • Garnish the bowl with your preferred toppings and enjoy!
