Matcha Yogurt Breakfast Bowls

Our Matcha Yogurt recipe is a refreshing and energizing way to begin your morning by making breakfast bowls. This recipe combines the bright, grassy flavor of matcha powder with the creamy texture of Greek yogurt, sweetened with a touch of raw honey or pure maple syrup.

Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp matcha powder, more or less to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, or unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsps raw honey or pure maple syrup, more or less to taste

For your bowls:

  • Fresh fruit like: berries, peaches, kiwi, and bananas
  • Homemade granola or chopped nuts and seeds

Instructions 

  • Sift your matcha powder over your bowl of yogurt, add vanilla, and the sweetener of your choice then whisk until well combined.
  • Garnish the bowl with your preferred toppings and enjoy!
