No-bake Brownie Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates about 10 pieces
  • 2 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsps coconut oil melted
  • teeny tiny pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until you've got a thick dough.
  • Take one semi-heaping Tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms into a ball shape. Repeat until all the dough is finished.
  • Place them into an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  • Enjoy!
