Add almond flour, flaxseed meal, coconut flour, oat flour, chia seeds, cinnamon and sea salt into your food processor.
Pulse a few times until well combined.
Add in the nut butter, maple syrup or honey and vanilla extract.
Process until you have a sticky mixture that holds together well.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop to get even balls, scoop the mixture into your palms and roll it to form a round ball.
Repeat with remaining mixture, you should have right around 12 energy balls.
Store in a container fitted with a lid and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 2 months.
